1. Services
Finetactic Detailing provides mobile auto detailing services in North County San Diego, including but not limited to: interior and exterior detailing, maintenance washes, paint correction, ceramic coating, headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, and related services (“Services”).
Final pricing is based on the size, condition, and specific needs of your vehicle and may differ from advertised starting prices following an in-person inspection.
2. Booking & Scheduling
Appointment requests submitted through our website, phone, text, or advertising forms are requests pending confirmation, not guaranteed bookings, until confirmed by a member of our team.
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, mud, or other conditions identified during our pre-service inspection. Any additional charges will be communicated to you before work begins.
3. Payment
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, UnionPay, Venmo, and cash.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Communications Consent (Calls & SMS)
By submitting your information through our website or advertising forms, you agree that Finetactic Detailing may contact you by phone or text message (SMS) regarding your quote request or appointment.
If you separately opt in via the promotional consent checkbox, you also agree to receive occasional promotional messages by text.

You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

5. Vehicle Condition & Liability
Customers are responsible for removing valuables and personal items from the vehicle prior to service.
While we take great care with every vehicle, Finetactic Detailing is not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or aftermarket modifications that are affected during the normal course of detailing.
Any concerns about service quality must be reported within 24 hours of service completion so we can make it right.
6. Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you’re not happy with a service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue directly.
7. Changes to Services or Terms
We may update our services, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
